  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, our processing times may be extended. We will make every effort to inform you of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We partner with established carriers to deliver your orders reliably.
  • Estimated Delivery (after processing):
    • Domestic (Estonia, Finland): 2–7 business days 
    • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Peak Season and High-Demand Period Delays: Please note that shipping times may increase up to 45 days during holidays, promotional periods, and other high-volume or unforeseen occasions.
  • We will inform you of any significant shipping delays that may occur.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight, and/or dimensions of the items in your order.
  • These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility, as these charges lie outside our control.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking link (if available).
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update from the carrier.

5. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If your order is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
