This Returns & Refunds Policy informs you of your rights and obligations when returning or exchanging items purchased from Glossy Way (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to the policy outlined below.

1. General Return & Exchange Eligibility

  1. Return Window: Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. Eligible & Non-Eligible Items

1. Nail Tools

  • Examples: Nail files, nail drills, press-on nail accessories, etc.
  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days if items remain in brand-new, unused condition.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

2. Nail Care Products & Decorations

  • Examples: Cuticle oil, nail glue, nail powders, glitters, etc.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items.
  • Reasoning: Once the hygiene seal is opened or broken, we cannot guarantee product purity or safety for other customers.

3. Press-On Nails

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to hygiene and sanitary regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Press-On Nails once they have left our facility.
  • Explanation: For the safety and health of all customers, once these products are opened or used, we cannot ensure their integrity.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email support@glossyway.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include a detailed description and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund if approved.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@glossyway.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide directions on how and where to send your return.
  3. Shipping & Tracking: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding your refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved Refunds: Processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. No-Pop Guarantee (7-Day Guarantee)

At Glossy Way, we want you to feel confident with every set. That’s why we offer a 7-Day No-Pop Guarantee in addition to your legal rights under consumer protection law.

  • If you have applied your nails following our step-by-step instructions and used our recommended glue, and a nail pops off within 7 days of delivery, we will send you a one-time free replacement product.

  • This guarantee is limited to one replacement per order. If the replacement also pops off, no further free products will be issued.

  • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@glossyway.com and include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear explanation of the issue

    • Photos (or other evidence) if requested

  • We reserve the right to reject claims if:

    • Instructions were not followed

    • Non-Glossy Way glue or tools were used

    • Required information or proof is not provided

    • We reasonably determine that misuse, improper application, or customer error caused the issue

This guarantee is provided as a goodwill benefit and does not affect your statutory rights, including your EU right of withdrawal within 14 days.


7. EU & US Consumer Rights

  1. EU Customers

    • Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the items.
    • Exceptions: Sealed or hygiene-sensitive products (once the seal is broken) do not qualify for returns due to health and safety reasons.
  2. US Customers

    • We comply with all relevant federal and state regulations concerning returns and refunds.
